[ARCHIVED] Getting the Most out of CASM NextGen Training

Homeland Security OEC

The DHS Office of Emergency Communication (OEC) Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP) has offered Minnesota in-person CASM training courses.

All participants should have a CASM ID and have successfully logged in at least once to get their security questions, permissions and affiliations squared away. If you have people who do not have ID’s, I can add them prior to the workshop date if you get me their information. This will save a lot of time trying to get people on the system.

Participants should bring some local information with them for CASM entry and/or validation. This information can include:    Agency/Radio System/Mobile Asset POC’s and 24/7 phone numbers    Radio System, channel and/or talkgroup information    Agency channel usage    Mobile assets    Any issues or other CASM problems they would like help with.
