The DHS Office of Emergency Communication (OEC) Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP) has offered Minnesota in-person CASM training courses.
All participants should have a CASM ID and have successfully logged in at least once to get their security questions, permissions and affiliations squared away. If you have people who do not have ID’s, I can add them prior to the workshop date if you get me their information. This will save a lot of time trying to get people on the system.
Participants should bring some local information with them for CASM entry and/or validation. This information can include: Agency/Radio System/Mobile Asset POC’s and 24/7 phone numbers Radio System, channel and/or talkgroup information Agency channel usage Mobile assets Any issues or other CASM problems they would like help with.
