Information Technology Service Unit Leader (ITSL) Training Opportunity
Monday, September 23, 2019
The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP) is offering training courses for its newest Communications Unit position of Information Technology Service Unit Leader (ITSL).
The training is designed for public sector personnel who have or may have responsibilities for managing information technology (IT) and services during incidents or events organized under the Incident Command System. These are commonly individuals with professional IT responsibilities in large municipal, county, or state agencies. Persons supporting incident management teams, unified command structures, and multi-agency event planning will find the training most useful.
If you are interested, please contact Standards and Training Coordinator Cathy Anderson, Wireless Broadband Program Manager Melinda Miller, or Statewide Interoperability Coordinator Jim Stromberg.
