The CM Region has contracted with On-Target Training & Consulting to provide a 2 day workshop covering Practical Incident Command and communications planning. This Course is designed for local entity personnel that are tasked with incident command and planning to gain a better understanding of communications resources available during an event or incident of moderate to significant size within their respective demographic area. Personnel attending will also be coached in practical incident command, incident action planning, communications planning. Significant time will be spent on in-field, on-site ICS Principled command decision making including the assessment and assignment of immediate communication resources.
